Sigma Tau Delta K-State Newsletter Active!

The Sigma Tau Delta K-State Newsletter is now up and running! It will be a place for members to check for updates on both the local chapter (Alpha Theta Eta) and the international Society as a whole. Additionally, it will make notifications on Kansas State University -specific announcements and events, including visiting writers/readings, contests (both KSU and Sigma Tau Delta) and more.

The Society's goal is to

1. Confer distinction for high achievement in English language and literature in undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies;
2. Provide, through its local chapters, cultural stimulation on college campuses and promote interest in literature and the English language in surrounding communities;
3. Foster all aspects of the discipline of English, including literature, language, and writing;
4. Promote exemplary character and good fellowship among its members;
5. Exhibit high standards of academic excellence; and
6. Serve society by fostering literacy.
